A luxury brand, a responsive website
Bentley customers are hyperconnected. They expect and deserve a unique user experience by the brands they get in touch with. Digital media are the perfect platform for this purpose. The enormous growth of mobile devices in the last years (no end in sight) and the increasing number of luxury goods consumers at the "emerging markets" requires an adapted brand presence. pro!vision provides Bentley's with a responsive website.
Responsive design significantly reduces the demands of maintenance as only one channel has to be cared for. Emotion and quality may of course not suffer of it. pro!vision, in collaboration with Bentley's design agency, has developed a design and "look and feel" that grants an excellent user experience with all viewports. The system features the newest technologies and is based on Adobe CQ 5.6.1.
The new web application "Dealer Marketing Newsletter" (DMN) accompanies the public appearance. It is a platform used for internal communication purposes between company and dealers.
During the first implementation phase pro!vision created a complementary "Marketing Object Model" store similar to VW's. It is planned to provide a seamless integration between Bentley's IT and Volkswagen's infrastructure very soon. Automobile data will then be imported by VW's backends which will greatly ease the work of the editors and Bentley's marketing section. It is also the foundation stone for the planned "Marketing Data Hub".
